Here we assess your needs, goals and expectations for your website. We
will discuss your websites purpose, the look and feel of your website, any
e-commerce choices, domain names, maintenance, editing options,
search engine optimisation (SEO) and anything else that applies to getting
your website from dream to reality.
If you're not sure what you need we canhelp you decide and explain
everything in a simple, undestandable manner.
Step 2 - Receive a Quote
Following our initial discussion by e-mail or telephone, we will prepare a free proposal document detailing your requirements together with the fees and
projected
time scales for our services. This will also include a layout brief and
a list of functions for your website. .
Step 3 - Make a Deposit
Your website quote is considered "agreed" approved when we receive
your 1st deposit..

Step 4 - The Design Process
Here is where the fun starts! We create your unique website design based on the information you provided.
Your unique design(s) are based on any photos, colours, other websites or logos
we decide on in Step Number 1.
Actual photos or stock images are supplied by you and given to us for use in
your project.
When it comes to purchasing high-quality stock photos at a low cost, we
recommend using images from www.istockphoto.com

Step 5 - The Programming
Once you are happy (and hopefully excited) about your new website design we move onto the Construction step.
This involves turning your "website design" into a living breathing functional "website". We create all the buttons, links, animations, custom programming or e-commerce systems that are required.
During this process you will be able to see your website as it is being built 24/7 from the web link we send you.
Step 6 - Placing Your Content
Your website framework is now complete. It's time to insert the content. Your content is any text or images you send us or would like us to create.
This content will be inserted in an Internet friendly manner, we will also
make sure all your photos are optimised for the best possible performance on your website.
If you have opted for a Content Management System (CMS), you will be able to insert your own text and images yourself once your site is online.

Step 7 - Launching Your Site
The big launch! The most exciting part of the website design process. We perform the final touches to get your website listed in search engines and triple check everything one more time.
You will need to purchase your Domain name (This is the www. name of your site). When purchasing new domains name we suggest www.godaddy.com.
Or if you already have a domain name you will need to supply us
with the login information so that we may direct the domain name to your
new website.
Now, your website is "live" and on the Internet for everybody to see and use. If you have opted for an integrated CMS (content management system) you can now start editing your website.
