In November 2016 PIGO Multimedia switched over to a more enhanced Support Ticket System. What does this mean for you; our family of clients? _________________________________________________________________________   How Do Our Clients Benefit...1. - Support Ticket System will allow us to seamlessly track all client communication and allowing multiple staff to view/respond. We will no longer be using emails for Support and Requests.
